Why Veterans Matter to Me?
When I left the Air Force, I saw something that too many of my fellow veterans were struggling with their fitness and overall health. The same men and women who once pushed their bodies to the limit in service to their country were now facing challenges they never anticipated, often caused by the transition to civilian life.
I couldn’t stand by and watch. That’s when I realized my mission had shifted. It wasn’t about serving my country anymore; it was about serving those who served.
Through NegassiFit, I’m dedicated to helping my brothers and sisters regain their strength, confidence, and vitality. My goal is to give them the tools they need to move better, feel better, and live a life that honors the discipline and resilience they carried during their service.
Fitness is more than just exercise—it’s reclaiming the energy and purpose that being a veteran represents. Together, we’ll take the steps to not just stop the decline but to build a stronger, healthier future.
Why Veterans Matter to Me?
As someone deeply connected to the veteran community, I’ve seen firsthand the unique challenges our brothers and sisters face after service—challenges that extend far beyond the battlefield. Watching close friends and fellow veterans wrestle with PTSD, addiction, and the physical toll of their service inspired me to take action. Too often, I saw them feeling unsupported by systems like the VA, struggling to maintain their health and mobility. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to being the advocate they deserve—a coach who understands, listens, and fights alongside them. My mission is clear: to provide the representation and support that’s so often missing, empowering veterans to reclaim their health and thrive. Together, we can build a community that uplifts one another because when others fall short, veterans step up for each other. It’s time to take the first step toward a stronger, healthier future—together.
